Aaron Perez and Shanice Stringer have a head start on owning a first restaurant for both of them.

First of all, Perez is a chef with decades of experience. Stringer, a professional social worker, and Perez met while they both worked at The Bohemian in downtown Grants Pass. She has front-of-house experience. And they're a happy couple.
